What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We are as excited as you are about your purchase. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do. We ship to almost every country via Royal Mail International.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

UK – 2-3 working days.
Europe – 3-5 working days.
Rest of the world – 5-7 working days.

Custom & Import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Bekhayr is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return & Refund

Do You Have A Refund Policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, you may be eligible to return the item for a full refund. However, you must adhere to the following:

Our policy lasts 14 days, which give consumer buyers the right to seek a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
Unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days have elapsed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In order for us to accept your return, we kindly ask you to enclose: the original packing slip as this enables us to process your return.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


In the event of your order being damaged in transit please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. If you fail to do this we may refuse a refund. We will then refund your order including postage costs. We may kindly ask for photographic proof of damage.

Shipping & Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £20, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are unable to process a refund or exchange if we have not received the item back.

If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange an exchange product for you.
